Your seat is considered reserved once the required deposit has been successfully submitted and cleared. Enrollment is not considered fully complete until the remaining balance has been paid through the booking system and fully cleared by the stated deadline.

The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days prior to the scheduled training date and must be submitted through the online booking system.

Participation Requirement
This is a hands-on training experience. Participants are expected to actively engage in instructional activities and exercises to maximize their learning experience and develop confidence in self-maintenance techniques.

Punctuality
Participants are expected to arrive on time and prepared to begin. Instruction will proceed according to schedule. The instructor is not required to pause, repeat, extend, or modify the curriculum due to late arrival. Missed instructional time resulting from lateness is not eligible for a refund, credit, or make-up instruction.

Illness, Emergencies & Rescheduling
Participants who become ill or experience an emergency should contact Culture Revisited LLC as soon as reasonably possible.

A one-time reschedule may be considered at the discretion of Culture Revisited LLC and is subject to availability. Rescheduling is not guaranteed.

Requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled training may result in forfeiture of the existing deposit and may require a new deposit to secure a future training date.

Illness, family emergencies, travel interruptions, transportation issues, work obligations, or other personal circumstances do not automatically entitle a participant to a refund, credit, or reschedule. Any exception must be approved by Culture Revisited LLC.

Recording Policy
Audio recording, video recording, screen recording, livestreaming, photography of instructional materials, or other unauthorized reproduction of the training is strictly prohibited.

Written notes are encouraged. Participants found recording or reproducing training content without authorization may be dismissed from the training without refund.

Age Requirement
Participants must be at least 18 years of age. Individuals under 18 may participate only with prior written consent from a parent or legal guardian and must comply with all applicable course policies and requirements.

Course Scope
This training is designed specifically for individuals seeking to learn self-retightening techniques for the personal maintenance of their own microlocs.

Completion of this course does not constitute professional certification, licensure, or authorization to provide microlocs services to others.

Hands-On Participation & Hair Preparation
Participants should arrive with clean, dry microlocs and be prepared to actively participate in guided hands-on instruction throughout the training. Additional preparation instructions provided before class should be followed to ensure the participant is able to fully participate.

Training Materials & Intellectual Property
Culture Revisited training materials and educational content are provided for the participant’s personal educational use only and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, resold, published, or used to teach others without prior written authorization from Culture Revisited LLC.

Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policies
Registration and participation are subject to the applicable Registration & Payment Options, Cancellation, Refund, and Rescheduling Policies provided at the time of enrollment.

Failure to satisfy required payment obligations by the applicable deadline may result in forfeiture of the deposit and release of the participant’s seat.

Non-Transferability
Enrollment, payments, reserved seats, and any approved training credits are non-transferable to another individual unless expressly approved in writing by Culture Revisited LLC.

Agreement to Terms

By registering for this training and submitting payment, the participant acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to all applicable course terms, policies, payment requirements, cancellation provisions, and participation requirements.

Non-Refundable Deposit

Remaining Balance Refund Eligibility

Cancellations made less than 7 calendar days before the scheduled training date are not eligible for a refund.

Late Arrival
Participants are responsible for arriving on time and prepared to begin.

Instruction will proceed according to schedule, and missed material due to late arrival may not be repeated, extended, or rescheduled.

No refunds, credits, partial refunds, or make-up instruction will be issued for missed training time resulting from late arrival.

No-Show Policy
Participants who fail to attend the training without prior notice will forfeit all payments made.

No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for no-shows.

Illness, Emergencies & Personal Circumstances
Illness, family emergencies, transportation issues, travel interruptions, work obligations, or other personal circumstances do not automatically entitle a participant to a refund, credit, or transfer.

A one-time reschedule may be considered at the sole discretion of Culture Revisited LLC and is subject to availability and the applicable rescheduling policy.

Culture Revisited LLC Cancellation or Postponement
If Culture Revisited LLC cancels a training for reasons within its reasonable control and is unable to provide a reasonable replacement training date, participants will receive a refund of payments made for the canceled training.

If a training must be postponed or rescheduled due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Culture Revisited LLC, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, facility emergencies, or other significant unforeseen events, Culture Revisited LLC may first offer a future training date, training credit, or other reasonable accommodation.

Non-Transferability
Enrollment, deposits, payments, and any approved training credits are non-transferable to another individual unless expressly approved in writing by Culture Revisited LLC.

Payment Method
All refunds, when approved, will be processed in accordance with the original payment method and applicable payment processor procedures. Processing timelines may vary.
