• Participation Requirement

This is a hands-on training experience. Participants are encouraged to actively engage in all instructional activities and exercises to maximize their learning experience and confidence in self-maintenance.

• Punctuality

Participants are expected to arrive on time and ready to begin. Instruction will proceed as scheduled, and missed material due to late arrival may not be repeated.

• Illness & Rescheduling

Participants who become ill should contact Culture Revisited as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling options. Reschedule requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled training may require a new registration fee and are subject to seat availability.

• Recording Policy

Audio, video, and digital recording of any portion of the training is strictly prohibited. Written notes are encouraged. Participants found recording any portion of the training may be dismissed without refund.

• Age Requirement

Participants must be at least 18 years of age. Individuals under 18 may participate only with written consent from a parent or legal guardian and must comply with all course policies and requirements.

• Course Scope

This training is intended for individuals seeking to learn self-retightening techniques for personal microloc maintenance. Completion of this course does not constitute professional certification, licensure, or authorization to provide services to others.

• Hands-On Participation

Participants should arrive with clean, dry microlocs and be prepared to actively participate in guided hands-on activities throughout the training.

By registering for this course, participants acknowledge and agree to all policies, terms, and requirements outlined above.

• Non-Refundable Registration Fee

The $250 registration fee is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances and reserves your seat in the training.

• Remaining Balance Refund Eligibility

Participants who cancel at least 7 days prior to the scheduled training date may be eligible for a refund of any balance paid beyond the non-refundable registration fee.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled training date are not eligible for a refund.

• Late Arrival

Participants are responsible for arriving on time. Instruction will proceed as scheduled, and missed material due to late arrival will not be repeated. No refunds, credits, or partial refunds will be issued for late arrival.

• No-Show Policy

Participants who fail to attend the training without prior notice will forfeit all payments made. No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for no-shows.

• Culture Revisited Cancellation

If Culture Revisited cancels a training for reasons within its control, participants will receive a full refund of all monies paid or may elect to transfer their enrollment to a future training date.

If a training is canceled due to circumstances beyond the control of Culture Revisited, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events, participants may be offered a transfer to a future training date or another reasonable accommodation at the discretion of Culture Revisited.

• Non-Transferability

Enrollment, registration fees, and payments are non-transferable to another individual without prior written approval from Culture Revisited.

• Agreement to Terms

By registering for this training, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to all policies, terms, and conditions outlined herein.
