Microlocs Masterclass (4-day/In-Person Group Experience)

To secure your seat in a Culture Revisited training, registration must be completed through the website.

You may choose to:

• Pay the training investment in full at checkout, or

• Use an available Klarna or PayPal payment-plan option at checkout to divide your investment into installments.

Your seat is considered confirmed once your payment or approved financing arrangement has been successfully submitted and cleared.

✓ Seats are extremely limited to preserve the quality of hands-on instruction

✓ All amounts owed directly to Culture Revisited LLC must be received and fully cleared prior to the training date

✓ Pending payments, including PayPal eChecks or similar unconfirmed payment methods, are not accepted and do not secure a seat

✓ If a payment plan is used, the participant is responsible for remaining in good standing with the applicable payment provider

✓ Training registration is non-transferable except with prior approval

✓ A one-time reschedule option may be available in accordance with the training rescheduling policy

By completing registration, you acknowledge and agree to the applicable Terms & Conditions.

• Required Training Intake & Verification:

All participants must complete the Training Intake & Verification Form prior to attending class.

This form is used to confirm participant information, complete required identity verification, and assist with preparation for the training experience. A valid government-issued photo ID is required as part of the verification process.

Failure to complete the required intake and verification process may result in the participant being unable to attend training until all requirements have been satisfied.

Information submitted through the form is handled in accordance with Culture Revisited LLC’s Privacy Policy.

• Participation Requirement:

All students are expected to fully participate in all instructional activities. Failure to participate may impact the quality of training received.

• Punctuality:

Students are required to arrive on time. Instruction will proceed as scheduled, and the instructor is not obligated to revisit, repeat, or extend any portion of the material for late arrivals.

• Illness & Rescheduling:

Students who become ill must reschedule their training date. Rescheduling made with less than 48 hours’ notice will require the payment of a new registration fee. Culture Revisited reserves the right to request documentation of illness if deemed necessary.

• Recording Prohibition:

Audio, video, and/or digital recording of any portion of the class is strictly prohibited. Any student found recording will be dismissed immediately from the premises and will forfeit all tuition and fees paid.

• Age Requirement:

Students must be at least 18 years of age to participate. Individuals under 18 may participate only with verified written parental or guardian consent and must agree to all terms, policies, and conditions herein.

Non-Refundable Enrollment Portion

Upon registration, 25% of the total training tuition is immediately non-refundable. This portion compensates Culture Revisited LLC for administrative processing, preparation, reserved instructional time, materials planning, and holding a limited training seat.

The remaining 75% of tuition is subject to the cancellation terms below.

Student Cancellation

Because enrollment is intentionally limited and significant preparation is completed in advance, refunds are based on the amount of notice provided.

• 21 or more calendar days before training: The student may receive a refund of amounts paid minus the non-refundable 25% enrollment portion.

• 8–20 calendar days before training: No cash refund will be issued. At Culture Revisited LLC’s discretion, the student may be offered a one-time transfer of eligible tuition toward a future training date.

• 7 calendar days or fewer before training: All payments are non-refundable and no credit or transfer is guaranteed.

• No-call/no-show: All payments are forfeited.

Refunds, credits, and rescheduling options are not guaranteed outside the terms expressly stated in this policy.

Late Arrival

Students are responsible for arriving on time and prepared to participate.

Instruction will proceed according to schedule. The instructor is not required to pause, repeat, extend, or modify curriculum because of a student’s late arrival.

No refunds, partial refunds, credits, or make-up instruction will be issued for missed training time resulting from lateness.

Illness or Emergency

Illness, travel interruption, family emergencies, work obligations, transportation issues, or other personal circumstances do not automatically entitle a student to a refund.

Culture Revisited LLC may, at its sole discretion, approve a one-time reschedule or training credit when circumstances warrant. Any approved exception must be provided in writing.

Non-Transferability

Enrollment, tuition, credits, and reserved seats are non-transferable to another individual or training date unless expressly approved in writing by Culture Revisited LLC.

Culture Revisited LLC Cancellation

If Culture Revisited LLC cancels a training and is unable to provide a reasonable replacement or rescheduled training date, the student will receive a refund of payments made for the canceled training.

If training must be postponed because of circumstances beyond Culture Revisited LLC’s reasonable control, including severe weather, government restrictions, facility emergencies, natural disasters, or similar events, Culture Revisited LLC may first offer a rescheduled training date or training credit before issuing a refund where appropriate.

Payment-Plan Participants

Students who use Klarna, PayPal, or another third-party financing provider remain responsible for complying with the terms of that provider.

Culture Revisited LLC’s refund policy applies regardless of the payment method selected. Any approved refund will be processed in accordance with the applicable payment provider’s procedures and timelines.

Agreement to Terms

By completing registration and submitting payment, the student acknowledges that they have reviewed, understand, and agree to the training terms, cancellation policy, refund policy, and other applicable Culture Revisited LLC policies.
