Booking Terms and Policies

  • Please note that personal details collected at the time of booking are used solely for safety, verification, and business purposes, as this is a home-based studio, and are stored via this system. If you do not feel comfortable providing this information, please do not book a service.

    • All reservation fees at the time of booking are automatically applied to the full price of the service and are non-refundable

    • Accepted payment methods: Cash, Apple Pay or Zelle. Credit and debit cards are accepted with an additional fee. Credit and debit cards are not accepted as forms of payment for establishments

    • If you are running late, please notify me. However, after 15 minutes, a late fee of $25 will be assessed

    • No call no show will result in a charge of the full balance of the missed service

  • If you are a client but have not received a maintenance service in three months (12 weeks) or longer and/or you have been serviced elsewhere within such period, you are now considered a transfer client and will not be permitted back on the schedule. When transfer spots become available, you may schedule a consultation. However, completion of a consultation does not guarantee service, and the decision to place you back on the schedule will be at our discretion.

  • The schedule for consultations is open by the last week of each current month for the new month. If you are unable to see openings for the current month, this means the schedule is either completely booked or new clients are not being accepted

    • All prospective clients are required to complete a consultation. If you schedule an appointment without or before completing a consultation, your appointment will be cancelled, and your deposit will be forfeited.

    • The reservation fee is TRANSFERABLE ONLY if you reschedule your service within 48 hours of your appointment date/time. If you cancel your appointment, the reservation fee will be forfeited and you will have to pay an additional fee once you decide to book a new service.

  • Appointments scheduled on holidays below that are open for booking will incur an additional non-refundable fee of $50, which will be applied to the total cost of services.

  • Culture Revisited reserves the right to decline service if it is deemed that the request/desires of the client do not meet what is required for healthy hair, if the client provides misleading information regarding the state of hair or engages in inappropriate/offensive behavior.
